The College of Electrical
and Computer Engineering in CBNU was established
in 2009 as the first college in a national
university to be an integreation of all IT
related studies, and is educating
basic and application skills in electric,
electronic, communication & information,
and computer engineering. Meanwhile we have
achieved specialization while carrying out
national projects such as National Project
for Promotion of Engineering Schools, 1st
BK Project, NURI Project, and 2nd BK Project.
We also provide the most generous
scholarships in the nation while running
programs such as promotion of research clubs,
long and short term study abroad programs, internships, and various job
support.
The College of Electrical
and Computer Engineering has the educational
vision to lead the NEW-IT field. Therefore, we strive to train engineers who are
cultured, creative, professional, and have
leadership. Also, we have set a systematic
educational structure and are carrying out
specific plans for all educational goals.
With such a system, we will fortify educational
and research capabilities, maximize the
recipient£§s satisfaction, and create an
educational atmosphere of cooperation with
the industry.
The College of Electrical
and Computer Engineering consists of more
than 60 faculty members, 1,800 undergraduates,
and 300 graduate students, and our curriculum
is ABEEK approved. Our graduates are employed
by prominent industries and research institutes
in the nation or advance on to graduate
school.
